Damaged Products(s): We sincerely apologize for any products that were damaged during transit. We will happily take back that product and immediately send you a new one. Damaged products must be reported to us within 15 days. Please contact info@ErvaBiosciences.com to arrange this.
Wrong Product(s) sent: If you received the wrong products please let us know within 15 days. We apologize and will immediately send you the right products as well as take back the incorrect one(s).
Change of Heart: If you would like to return an unopened product (tamper seal intact) due to a change of heart we will gladly take it back. You must report it within 15 days and have it shipped back. We will give you a full refund for the product, however shipping costs are not included in the refund.
International Shipment(s): Erva Biosciences ships internationally. If your local customs rejects the import of the shipment and the order is returned, we will give you a refund for the order less the cost of shipping. If the order is lost/confiscated, the buyer will assume full responsibility of the order and no refund will be issued.
